Quality Management System Structure
 
The Quality Management System established is in accordance to the requirements of ISO 9001 and is structured in four tiers as follows:
  • Quality Manual
  • Quaity Procedure
  • Work Instruction
  • Quality Records
Quality Manual - The company's quality policy and objectives are described here. General procedures outlining how activities related to quality are carried out are described here. The procedures are generic enough to cover different products and services.
 
Quality Procedure - The more detailed descriptions of work procedures are documented here. These may be revised and up-dated to cope with new products, operating situations and quality improvement programmes.
 
Work Instruction - The very detailed instructions on how the work is to be performed such as process of product, machine and equipment operating instructions are documented in this level.
 
Quality Records - Quality records are a collection of data or information such as inspection reports, minutes of meeting, audit reports, drawings etc. Records may be created as the procedures are performed.
